At No88 we strive to use the best local seasonal produce to give you the best meal we can. We are in close contact with our suppliers all year round to make sure we only serve the best they have to offer. We would rather change our menu than use produce that is not up to the top standard. Shetland is famed for it sea food and meats and we intend to show them off to their best.
